Content Creation and Real Estate

Do you know someone with a big social media following?

They are often referred to as influencers or content creators/producers.

You might have heard they get paid lots of $$$. They may have what appears to be the perfect home, wardrobe, and life.

Maybe you’ve been curious about how you could become a huge success online.

It seems they must take a few perfect photos, throw out a few videos and IG reels a day, and the rest is all smooth sailing.

I’m here to tell you I have had a few of those same thoughts myself.

But, I changed my mind after I attended the P.I.N.K. Creatives Retreat in April.

I discovered the host of the retreat, Wendy and Sara, who both have large followings, work extremely hard.

I also have discovered an online following is no different than any other customer base.

Content is like all other products and services we offer in traditional business models.

The content must meet and exceed the wants and needs of the audience. It should provide solutions and results.

Wendy was my guest on the podcast a few months ago (ep here). You can hear about her hard work and creative business there.

Sara is my guest this week on the podcast. Sara has a background in education & sales with a passion for real estate. You might recognize her if you are an HGTV Fan. Her hometown of Miden, Louisana, was featured on Hometown Kickstart (here) this past Spring.

I dare you to listen to this interview and not get a new perspective about online content producers.

Sara shares her story and how she was making life changes with a goal in mind but not with the intent of becoming a content creator.

She was instead working hard and making changes to improve her quality of life and her happiness.

Sara shares she was willing to make the necessary changes in her lifestyle as she searched her heart for a better path.

She shares a lot of great advice in our interview, and one particular answer she gives when I ask a question stands out to me as the ultimate truth to making a lasting change. It is a great answer and often overlooked!

Take a listen (here) to be inspired and blessed!
