Louise saw my vision board work last year and reached out to me about doing a one-on-one goals session with her.
I had never offered a goals session before, but I do love the power of goal setting.
We spent a lovely hour together talking about what was important to Louise, both personally and professionally.
Last year I followed our goals session up by providing a simple document that outlined Louise’s goals and some simple steps to keep them in check as the year went on.
