We’ll schedule a 15 min overview/introduction call.

Next is a 45 min call where we discuss your current sales process. 

Following that call, I’ll begin preparing my premier high-impact report based on my initial findings. 

I will do a deep dive into your entire sales process. 

I’ll identify how you can maximize your current sales efforts, including lost opportunities and changes to your sales strategy and approach. 

On our last call, you’ll receive a report with 3-5 specific action items that you can implement immediately to see more consistent months and increased overall sales.  The report will also help you answer questions like, Should I hire someone? Should I do more marketing? Etc.
